Every visit is different, but here are some things to think about:

• A special entrance from Santa
• Meet and greet with everyone
• Photo opportunities and kids (and adults!) can sit with Santa individually
• Question/Answers with Santa
• Activities, such as singing, storytelling, or reading
• Handing gifts out
• A magical goodbye and exit

• Plan ahead! Make sure you and Santa know exactly what the plans are for a perfect visit.
• Make sure Santa knows if there will be a gate code, or a special place he needs to enter for the visit.
• Make Santa aware of any special needs, religious beliefs, language barriers, and any cultural considerations ahead of time.

Let Santa know where to park, make sure there is a designated spot for him.

Plan where Santa will enter and exit

Call him, talk and make certain to finalize your plans before the season is too busy.

Please place Santa somewhere cool. His suit is Very Hot and he doesn't want to be by a fireplace and get overheated.

Avoid placing him in front of glass, so ffrom the camera flashbacks  doesn't ruin pictures.

Make space for kids to sit around Santa in the floor for activities.

Please try to introduce Santa to the most important people by name. He will try his hardest to remember them. Something simple like, "This is Ann and she is 10, Bobby just turned nine, he is right here."

Santa will likely not eat or drink much, please don't be offended, white gloves and a pristine beard is hard to keep clean. Water is always welcome.

Santa likely won't tell a kid they are on the naughty list even if you ask.

Charge your batteries so you can take lots of pictures!

Be mindful of Santas time, he may have other families to meet.
