Payment & cancellation policyIf Santa confirms your visit, a 50% retainer is required and is always non-refundable. If you cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled visit, any amount paid above the retainer will be refunded. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled visit, you are responsible for 100% of the service fee, which is non-refundable. Returns and exchanges do not apply to this scheduled service. Refunds are otherwise limited to cancellation or non-performance by Santa Oliver, duplicate or incorrect charges, refunds required by law, or an exception approved by Santa Oliver.
