In-person packages are offered in one, two, three and four hour lengths. Choose enough time for the number of guests and the moments you want, such as conversation, photographs, stories, gifts or a program. Smaller gatherings can devote more of the visit to conversation; larger events may need more time for guest flow and photographs.

Earlier is better, especially for December evenings, weekends and dates close to Christmas. There is no single required lead time because availability changes throughout the season. If you have a date that cannot move, sending the request early gives Santa the best chance to fit the route.

Yes. Arrange the gift plan in advance, have gifts ready and clearly labeled, and tell Santa how you want the handoff to work. If possible, stage them somewhere discreet or arrange for an adult to hand them to Santa before he enters.

The current in-person packages include travel within 30 miles. For a location beyond that range, include the address or city with the request so Santa can confirm whether the trip fits the date and schedule.

Yes. Virtual visits are available without travel, so families can visit with Santa from anywhere. Once the date is confirmed, Santa emails the Zoom details and timing information for the visit.

Yes. Corporate appearances can be designed for adults, mixed-age groups or family events. The tone can stay festive and professional without turning the event into a children's program.

Yes. Santa can coordinate with photographers, studios, event teams and photo booth operators. Sharing the photography plan in advance helps everyone use the scheduled time well and makes it easier to plan posing, guest flow and transitions.
